Christmas would not be Christmas with out great BBQ! I place 4 pic nic shoulders in the wsm for 14 hours. I started the fire at 7 am with my trusty flame thrower! The water was frozen in the water pan. There was about 2 feet of snow. we spent the whole day at home.
